To find out when your domain names expire
If your domain name is registered through SuperbRegistrar, there are a few places to check to see when your domain names expire.
- Login to your account
- Under My Domains menu, select Domain Expiring
- It will list domain which will expire in 30 days
You can also use the domain search function:
- Under My Domains menu, select Domain Lists
- Then click on Search link which is under the list of domains
- Choose the expire date you want to check and then search
NOTE: You can also use WHOIS lookup tool to check.
After the merge from Superb Registrar to myCP system, we are trying to put customers' domains under their myCP accounts.
For various reasons including CustomerID conflicts, it is possible that certain domains are placed under their own new myCP account. If you cannot find the domains under your current myCP account, you can try to login using the domain name and your old SuperbRegistrar password. And then you can move your domains under your main myCP account under Profile menu.
If the domains are not under your main myCP account, and you cannot login by using the domain name and your SuperbRegistrar's password, please open a ticket and we will find the CustomerID for you.
Push/Merge your domains into another myCP account
To push your domains under an account into another myCP account:
- Login to the account that currently holds the domain name
- Choose Profile to view the account's detail information
- If you find a form to push/merge account, use the form to push your domains into another myCP account
Please keep in mind that this function will push all domains and invoices in an account into another myCP account.
NOTE: Only SuperbRegistrar accounts can utilize this service. If you are a SuperbHosting or Superb customer, you cannot use this feature and this form will be not appear.
