Registering .org domains

The .org registry, PIR.org, does have restrictions regarding innappropriate words in a domain name. Any domain name containing any of the "seven dirty words" (based on George Carlin's famous routine) is subject to permanent registry hold. Registrations that are placed on hold for this violation are not refunded.
