Problems with credit card orders
From SuperbHosting.net Support Wiki
Credit card denied when placing an order
We have implemented a new address verification program, which is why when you place an order, the card may have worked before but does not now. We use several different methods to verify the credit card information such as the mailing address, IP address, and Security Code.
The address you enter for the credit card information must match exactly with the credit card billing address that was registered for that card. The address and ZIP code (or postal code) must be identical.
If you use a P.O. Box on the actual credit card statement, you must also have the P.O. Box listed when entering your information. If you are in another country and do not have a postal code, you can enter 00000.
Multiple attempts with the incorrect information will result in your card being blocked from further use.
If you are not able to place an order, please contact us so we can help you solve the issue.
- If you have an account with us, please log into MyCP and open a SR ticket
- If you do not have an account with us, please send an email to hostmaster@superbregistrar.net
If you think you have been charged twice for the same order
Please open a ticket if you find that we charged you twice on the same order. Please keep in mind that if you placed two same orders by mistake and both orders are successful, we cannot refund you the money.
