We always recommends using the latest version of either Microsoft's Internet Explorer (IE) or Mozilla Firefox, which have been fully released and are not in Beta or Pre-Release. We do our best to support these popular browsers in their latest release, although we recommend using Internet Explorer 6 and above or Firefox 2. Our site is like an online application and relies heavily on advanced scripting features which can sometimes not be supported by older web browser versions.

In order to log into myCP® or use any of Superb Internet's services, the computer that you use must meet the following minimum system requirements:

Operating System

No special requirement as long as you have a recent and up-to-date web browser installed

  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.x and above
  • Netscape 7.x and above
  • Firefox 1.x and above
  • Mozilla 1.x and above
  • AOL 9 and above
  • Opera 7.11 and above
