Managed/Support Services (Order Form Help)

We are pleased to offer a variety of support services to help you get the most out of your server. We want to make sure that things are running as smoothly as possible for you and in order to do that we have set up a number of valuable managed/support services for you:

  • DNS Entries - A DNS entry is how you can add your domains to our name servers. Only one DNS entry is permitted per domain and you will need to provide the name of the domain and the IP address. The initial setup costs $5 and then a $2 monthly fee after that.
  • Linux-based Firewall Service - A Linux-based Firewall service is an easy way to add security to your system. You can check out our article on the Linux-based Firewall service here.
  • Monthly Server Support (1 hour / month) - If you opt for this service it provides you with an hour of service to your system per month.
  • Server Monitoring - 2 Service Monitors
  • Server Monitoring - 5 Service Monitors
  • Server Monitoring - 10 Service Monitors
  • 1 Hour Regular Service Support
  • 1 Hour Emergency Server Support
