Logging in to myCP®

After submitting your order for hosting (shared hosting or dedicated hosting), you should have received an E-mail from us with important account information. If you need to have the E-mail re-sent, please contact our Customer Service Team. In that E-mail, you should have your myCP® control panel login information:

Copy and paste the URL for your myCP® control panel (https://myCP.Superb.net) into the address bar of your browser, and using your account information, log in.

If you have problems logging in

If you cannot login to myCP®, it is possible that you have disabled cookies on your web browser. Please read this document here about how to enable cookies.

Please keep in mind that SuperbRegistrar does not write any cookie files in your computer. It just uses session cookies which will be removed after you close your web browser.


If you cannot access member only links

If you can log into myCP, and enter the Domain Control Panel, you will find the member’s only interface.

However, if you cannot click on any of the member’s only links, and the system keeps telling you to log in, then there is a problem.

When you encounter this problem, it is most likely that your browser’s cookie configuration is wrong. Please follow the enable cookie instructions to correct the cookie settings on your web browser and then try Manage Domains again in myCP.

Here are the main reasons why this happens. The Domain Control Panel is under another domain name superbregistrar.net. But now, when you log in, it becomes part of myCP.superb.net under a frame. By default, your web browser will not send cookies to superbregistrar.net because it is under a frame created by another website.

Please keep in mind that superbregistrar.net does not store any cookie files in your computer. It is just a session cookie which will be deleted after you close your web browser.


If you are a SuperbRegistrar old customer

Since we intergrated SuperbRegistrar.NET to myCP®, all SuperbRegistrar's customers are now a customer of myCP®.

You will need to login from myCP® from now on. You can use your domain name and old superbregistrar's password to login.

  • If you are already a customer of myCP®, you do not need a seperate login. The domains should be under your myCP® account.
  • If you cannot find the domain under your myCP® account, please try to login by using the domain name and your superbregistrar's password.
  • If you cannot login by using your domain name or you cannot find your domain anywhere, please use our password recovery tool to retrieve your password.


After login, you can push the domains into your main myCP® account under Domain Control Panel's Profile menu.


If you cannot login using your domain name

If your domain name has expired for more than two months, we may have already deleted the domain from your account. As a result, you cannot use the domain name as the CustomerID to login from myCP anymore. There is a possibility that your account has not yet been deleted, and you can still use your CustomerID to login. Therefore, please keep your CustomerID in a safe place so you can use it to login.
