Why offer ID protect?

Besides providing a new revenue stream into your company, it allows your customers to PROTECT their identity from spammers, stalkers and fraudsters. It helps you protect your customers from being solicited by those using the WHOIS data illegally, much like an unlisted phone number.

How much do I pay for ID protect?

• We charge $10/year for each domain
• If the total ID Protect term is more than 5 years, the rate will drop to $9/year.If more than 8 years, the rate will be $8/year
• Please always check our price page to view the up to date price

How do you activate ID protect on a domain?

• From the menu Products & Services, and then ID Protect
• Select the domains which you want to add ID Protect
• Click on Add to Cart button
• Proceed to CheckOut

To enable and disable ID Protect

To enable/disable the ID protect service, you will need to:

• Login to myCP®
• Choose from the menu My Domains and then Domain Lists
• Click on the domain name which you want to work with
• Click on Disable or Enable ID Protect link to enable or disable ID Protect

Domains that can purchase ID Protect

Currently, you can only purchase ID Protect for the following domains. As others become available over time, we will add them to the purchase option.
