Fraudulent domain transfers

In some rare cases, you may encounter a situation where your domain name was fraudulently transferred to SuperbRegistrar or away to another registrar, and you believe that someone has stolen your domain. Depending on your situation, if you want to get your domain name back, please read on.

If your domain name has been transferred from one registrar to another without your approval, you need to contact the previous registrar and they will work with the current registrar and any other necessary organizations to assist in the recovery of your domain.

If your name was registered with SuperbRegistrar and has been fraudulently transferred away to another registrar, please log into your account and submit a SR support ticket. Your case will be assigned to our Transfer Manager who will start the investigation for you.
