Failed due to Invalid Authorization Information

Authorization (or EPP) keys/codes are generated by the current registrar and verified through the global registries for validity. If your transfer has failed due to Invalid Authorization Information, the EPP key submitted is not valid and has been rejected by the registry.

Please contact the current registrar and request they re-sync this information to provide the correct key for transfer. Once you have obtained the current/valid EPP key, please login to your account and re-submit a new transfer request for this domain.

Failed due to registrar lock

If you would like to re-submit a failed transfer that failed due to a registrar lock, please open a ticket in myCP and we will resubmit the transfer request to you. Please provide the domain name in the ticket. Make sure that the domain has been unlocked in its current registrar.

NOTE: SuperbRegistrar does not charge for failed or canceled transfer requests.
