FTP settings
From SuperbHosting.net Support Wiki
What settings do I use with my FTP client?
server / FTP host: Normally you can use your domain name here (eg. www.thesite.com). If you do not have your domain name registered yet, you should use the name of the server that your site is on, which is noted on your account set-up message (eg. no8.superb.net), or your site's IP address.
login: this is the log-in you specified; remember that it is case SeNsItIvE.
password: this is the password you specified; remember that it is case SeNsItIvE.
Once you have logged into your account via FTP, there are several folders for each of your domains. Some of these are symbolic links (like Windows shortcuts) -- they all lead to the same primary folder. Therefore, just click on the folder with the name of the domain that you want to upload the website material into. Once inside that folder, you must open the folder called public_html and upload your content there.
There are many free FTP clients available on the internet. For Windows computers, Superb recommends SmartFTP (http://smartftp.com) or the open-source Filezilla (http://filezilla.sourceforge.net). Mac FTP clients are listed here.
