You can forward emails sent to a specific E-mail address to another E-mail address. This is useful if you want to create generic E-mail addressess, like sales, info, or help@yourdomain.com, but receive them all in one, primary E-mail address, like you@yourdomain.com.

Add E-mail Forward

To add an E-mail Forward – click on the [Forward Admin] -> [Add Forwards] menu items. You will be taken to the forward add/edit form. Fill in the following requirements:

  • Forward:
  • Domain name:
  • Destination(s):

Example, if you wish to forward sales@domain.com to joe@domain.com joebloe@hotmail.com then you would enter the above as:

  • Forward:sales
  • Domain name:domain.com
  • Destination(s):
    • joebloe@hotmail.com
    • joe

Click on [Add/Update Forward] to accept your changes.

Delete E-mail Forward

To delete an E-mail Forward - click on the [Forward Admin] -> [List Forwards] menu items on the left. There you will see a list of forwards. Associated with each forward is a [Delete] link. Click on that and confirm deletion to delete your forward. Alternatively, you can delete a forward when you edit an existing forward.

NOTE: You will not be able to delete a forward if there is a dependency on that forward. Ensure that you are no longer using that forward for other forwards or quota warn notices.

Modify E-mail Forward

To modify an e-mail forward - click on the [Forward Admin] -> [List Forwards] or [Search Forwards] to display the desire forward. Under the column heading Forward Name, click on the appropriate forward link to take you to the forward add/edit form. Make your required modifications and click on [Add/Update Forward] button to accept your changes.
