Domain Name Registration Procedure

You can register a domain using the directions below:

  1. Go to https://registrar.superb.net/ directly or from myCP®.
  2. Choose menu option PRODUCTS & SERVICES, then choose REGISTRATION or BULK REGISTRATION.
  3. Enter the domain desired and select the tld(s) from the lists.
  4. Click the Check Available button.
  5. Place a check mark next to domain(s) you wish to purchase.
  6. Click the Add to Cart button.
  7. Make sure the domain is spelled correctly and the correct number of years are selected.
  8. Make sure the domain's configuration is correct. Please keep in mind that some domains require pre-configuration.
  9. Click the CheckOut button.
  10. Enter your credit card information.
  11. Double check all information and make sure they are all valid.
  12. Click the Place Order button to finish the order.

NOTE: All sales are final.

We will register your domain(s) in real time. However, please be informed that it can take 12 to 48 hours for a new name to be active. This is called "propagation". Your website or e-mail will not work via domain name during this propagation period.

Please know this is under the control of the registry, and SuperbRegistrar does not have any abilities to make this happen any faster.

Why is my shopping cart always empty?

If you added an item into your cart but it is still empty, please make sure that you enabled cookies on your web browser. You will need to read this document here about how to enable it.

Please keep in mind that we do not save any cookie information in your computer. We only use session cookies which will expire after you close your web browser.

If you make a mistake or change your mind

Remember that all sales are final. This is why it is very important to check your order thoroughly before submitting. You do have two chances to review domains and can back out of the order before you select to purchase the domain.

You can update the shopping cart page if you wish to change the number of years...or delete the domain from your shopping cart and start over if you spelled it wrong.

From the Check Out page, you can back out of the transaction. It's not too late if you notice a spelling mistake or have changed your mind. Hit BACK and make your updates.

If you click Place Order, the note next to that button will indicate: All sales are final, no refunds will be issued. You are not prompted again, if you do not wish to purchase the domain, hit BACK and make your deletions or updates.

NOTE: If a mistake is made and you do not wish to keep a domain name, be sure that you log into your account and uncheck the box for auto-renewal. This will ensure that the domain is not automatically renewed upon expiration and it will eventually be deleted.
