Closing an account

For historical tracking purposes, we do not actually close your account, but we can certainly disable it. You will need to open a ticket in MyCP so we can disable the account for you.

If you disabled your account, your domains will not renew and they will expire at the end of the registration period. Although there is no guaranteed grace period, typically, we retain expired domains for 29 days allowing time for you to renew. After that time, they will go into Redemption Status with a fee of $160 to $200 to recover.
