Cancellation Policy

No Long-Term Contracts, No Cancellation Penalty
-- 30 Day Written Notice Required

Our cancellation policy is simple. You can cancel at any time - just give us 30 days written notice by logging into your myCP® Control Panel and submitting a cancellation request. Any refunds are as per the Terms of Service agreement.

Cancellations over the telephone, Live Chat, via any other E-mail address or any other means other than your myCP® Control Panel will not be considered valid notification of cancellation of your account.

Note: Setup fees for dedicated servers are non-refundable.
