If you are going to add to the wiki, please make sure the page doesn't already exist. The information may be listed under a different category, or with a different title than expected, so please do a thorough search. When you add or create an article, you need to use the wiki syntax. For help with that, please see the MediaWiki Help:Formatting page.
What is a wiki?
We all know what support is, but maybe not what a wiki is. Check out the world's largest wiki, Wikipedia.
This wiki will be replacing the Knowledge Base. Updates can be easily made, and everyone can contribute to make the online support documentation more useful, up-to-date, and request help on specific issues. Information here may not be complete (or completely correct), but can be easily updated or corrected.
