Commissions are determined on or about the first of every month and paid out by the 10th of
the month via PayPal only.
Accounts
and their sub-accounts that are active and in good standing (paid in
full) at that moment in time are included in the calculation. Previous recurring style commissions are based on the amount the customer pays, which is determined by the
account type and the billing cycle, so the same type of account may yield different commissions if the billing cycles differ.
