From the time your Managed Backup service is setup, automated daily backups of your data is stored in our redundant, secure backup servers so you no longer have to worry about whether you are protected. This means we will manage the initial setup, configuration, monitoring, and ongoing management of the backup solution. The management of this backup solution is handled by our Professional Services Division which is comprised of experienced, certified administrators and engineers.

Bare-metal recovery is an included service in the event your server experiences a catastrophic failure. A bare-metal recovery allows you to quickly restore your data on a new drive without having to re-install the operating system or application.

When a back-end network is available, all traffic between your production servers and our backup solution will be handled internally and considered unmetered. Any traffic between our backup solution and servers without a back-end network will have its bandwidth usage deducted from your monthly quota.
