Our 30 day unconditional guarantee is for shared hosting services only and does not apply to our dedicated servers or the domain registration credit received when you sign up for one year or more. All Domain Registration or Domain Transfer fees incurred will be deducted from your refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations after 30 days of service.

To qualify for the money back guarantee all cancellation requests must be made within the first 30 days of service. No special notice period is required to cancel after the initial 30 days, but no refunds will be issued after 30 days of service.

All cancellation requests must be submitted through your myCP® customer portal. Click on 'Cancel Server/Account' inside myCP® and fill out the simple form to initiate the cancellation process. Cancellation requests cannot be made over the telephone or via e-mail.

Any account terminated for violating our Terms of Service will not be eligible for the 30-day money back guarantee.
