To help guarantee absolute customer satisfaction, with every new server order; for the first 14 days, we will help you with all issues revolving around the dedicated server, the operating system and all add-ons we installed.
While all servers are self-managed and the administration of the server is the responsibility of the customer, we do not just sell and setup your server then leave you to fend for yourself.
The Satisfaction Promise includes:
- the server
- the operating systems
- network connectivity
- any other add-ons such as control panels, etc.
The Satisfaction Promise does not include:
- script debugging
- data migrations
- troubleshooting third party software
- anything beyond the scope of what we provided to you.
