Server Monitoring
FREE and Enhanced Port Monitoring ServiceFree Server Monitoring
Server monitoring enables you to configure service monitors via myCP® for such services as PING, HTTP, FTP and others. You have full control over adding and configuring your port monitoring services. Once configured, any alerts generated by the system will be sent to you to determine the appropriate action (i.e. reboot request). Please note that auto-ticketing is not available with 2 free monitors. You need to purchase the enhanced port monitoring service if you want the auto-ticketing feature.
2 FREE service monitors are included with every server.

Enhanced Server Monitoring
Enhanced server monitoring provides you with a higher level of monitoring, including auto ticketing (if enabled). Server monitoring can be included at the time of order of the server or can be added later via myCP®. Once enhanced server monitors have been configured and auto ticketing is enabled, should one of the services fail, our technical staff will restart the affected service for you. Please contact our sales department for information about monitoring services and pricing.
