Panel.
Our myCP® Support System ensures that you receive the highest
quality of support from the most qualified personnel on our
Support team.
Our myCP® Support System is
fully integrated with our customer database and your myCP® control panel.
This means all of your account information is automatically entered into
your ticket - you do not need to provide us with your account details.
To open a new support request, simply login to your myCP® Control
Panel. Just enter the Primary Domain Name and Login for
your account. Once in the myCP® control panel, click on the Support
tab; then click on Create a New Ticket and
follow
the on-screen instructions.
If you have not used the myCP® before, or do not remember
your password - just click on the Password Recovery icon
to get a new password emailed to you.
Please use your myCP® Control
Panel for making all support requests, ordering new accounts & services,
as well as any changes such as upgrades, downgrades, closures or anything
else requiring action by our support or billing personnel.
