Superb Internet offers flexible scalable co-location services priced upon server size (see Server Charts below) and the monthly traffic level. In essence, two pricing options are available:

  1. Superb Complete Service - a complete colocation solution that includes server hardware service (no extra cost for hardware problem repair labour) and 2 hours of technical or 1 hour of emergency support; based on 50 GB per month increments

  2. A-la-carte Service - where server hardware and technical support are optional, and the base colocation costs are thus lower. A-la-carte starts at only 1GB/month and steps into 50GB/month increments from 50GB/m on.

  1. Customers are strongly encouraged to choose the Superb Complete Service, or add the hardware and technical support service onto their A-la-carte choosing. For most customers, it results in a savings of over $100 a month. Extended server monitoring and immediate problem response (including failed service daemon restarts), as well as no-charge 2h technical/1h emergency support, are of much use and value in most service scenarios.

  2. The basic A-la-carte service offering does not include extended server monitoring, nor any support or emergency work. However, basic server reboots (no console login required) and basic server monitoring (ping only) are included.

  3. Preferred payment terms are quarterly and are the minimum terms for all A-la-carte customers. Superb Complete customers are allowed to pay monthly. 5% discount is available on six month prepayment (for either service option); 10% discount available on yearly prepayment (for either service option).

  4. Many additional services are available, including, but not limited to, IP allocation, DNS services, managed backups, tape backups, managed security patch service, managed and dedicated firewall security, additional software purchase, install & configure, load balancing, and clustering.
