As a Reseller Account Manager you will spend 80% of your day executing your sales plan in assigned territories. You will carry an aggressive reseller quota and will directly report to our VP, Channel Sales. Unix Systems AdministratorFull time, at our Tukwila, Washington or Tysons Corner, VA NOC
This position involves working with Unix, Linux, FreeBSD, and some NT servers and Cisco networking equipment at a server data center. Server set-ups, server hardware, software and network troubleshooting, server software and hardware upgrades, network configuration and optimization, server monitoring and problem response, and such are just some of the duties. The individual who takes this job must have previous systems administration experience with Unix (Linux, Solaris, and/or FreeBSD), understanding of Sun and PC hardware architecture, understanding of the common Internet daemons, such as Apache, sendmail, and bind, good written and spoken communication, as well as team work skills, and the ability to learn new technical concepts quickly and efficiently. Familiarity with standard Windows Internet applications, previous experience with Windows NT Server, through knowledge of the Internet, and ability to work early morning or late evening shift a plus.

This position involves monitoring and troubleshooting Unix, Linux, BSD and NT servers and network (and escalating as and if required) at night time and on weekends. This is an entry-level position with instruction provided, with advancement to systems administration offered. The individual who takes this position must have some previous systems administration experience with Unix/Linux and/or Windows NT, good understanding of Internet server software and daemons, and the ability and the wish to learn new technical concepts quickly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will also be well familiar with HTML and web-site operation. A broad Internet and computing knowledge base is a notable plus.
This position is available both as part time as well as full time (with advancement to Systems Administration planned).

This position involves dealing with all aspects of dedicated server service delivery and continuous customer care and recordkeeping. Dedicated server sales, server set-up coordination, dedicated server customer records, and basic server customer queries (doesn't include in-depth technical support). The individual to take this position must be well familiar with the Internet and dedicated hosting in particular (technical and conceptual), know the (dis)advantages and practical uses of each major OS (Solaris, Linux, FreeBSD, and Windows) and associated software, possess excellent written and oral communication skills, be a meticulous recordkeeper, and be able to learn new concepts quickly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will also have HTML and general site and/or server operation skills.
